What I Build

From Early Ideas To Production-Ready Software.

Every product starts with a problem. Some teams need a scalable backend. Some need an MVP to validate an idea. Others need AI capabilities integrated into an existing product.

01

Launch New Products

Turn ideas into real software.

Whether it's a startup MVP, internal platform, SaaS product, or customer portal — I help transform requirements into production-ready applications that ship.

02

Build Scalable Systems

Software often works at first.

The challenge begins when users, traffic, and complexity increase. I design architectures that remain maintainable and performant as products grow.

pipeline
03

Integrate AI Into Products

AI is most valuable inside real workflows.

From intelligent search and document processing to automation and LLM-powered features — I help teams integrate AI into products users actually use.

pipeline
04

Improve Existing Applications

Not every project starts from scratch.

Sometimes the highest impact comes from improving architecture, performance, developer experience, and system reliability of what already exists.

Project 01Storage

Cloud Storage Platform

Modern File Management & Collaboration System

Project 01Storage Preview
1 / 1

A full-featured cloud storage platform designed for secure file organization, sharing, and collaboration. The platform supports hierarchical folder structures, role-based access control, secure public sharing, recent activity tracking, starred items, trash recovery, and background file processing workflows.

Key Challenge

Designing scalable folder hierarchies with secure public file sharing and authentication across distributed environments.

Project 02Booking

Distributed Ticket Booking System

High-Concurrency Distributed Reservation Platform

Project 02Booking Preview
1 / 1

A distributed ticket reservation platform designed to handle thousands of concurrent booking attempts while guaranteeing seat consistency and preventing double bookings. Inspired by systems like BookMyShow, airline reservations, and railway ticketing.

Key Challenge

Multiple users attempting to reserve the same seat simultaneously required bulletproof concurrency control across distributed instances.

Insights

Thoughts From Building Real Products.

Good software is rarely about technology alone. Most challenges come from understanding users, making the right trade-offs, and designing systems that stay useful as they grow.

Systems
01

Distributed Systems Don't Have to Be Complicated

Scalability gets associated with complexity. More services, more infrastructure, more moving parts. But most systems fail not because they're too simple — they fail because they're unnecessarily complicated. Understanding your actual bottlenecks and failure modes matters far more than adding architecture for its own sake. The best systems are the easiest to reason about under pressure.

02

Technology Is the Enabler. Users Are the Point.

Engineers spend real time choosing frameworks, databases, and patterns. Users never notice. They care whether the product solves their problem. A technically perfect system that solves the wrong problem is still a failure. Most of the leverage in building software comes from understanding users — not from picking the right stack.

AI Features That Actually Get Used

Adding AI to a product is easy. Creating AI-powered experiences that genuinely improve workflows is much harder. The best AI features don't try to replace people — they remove repetitive work, sharpen decisions, and help users move faster. The challenge isn't integration. The challenge is integrating it where it creates real, durable value.

Building For the Team That Inherits Your Code

Many systems are designed to launch. Very few are designed to evolve. Maintainability compounds over time — clean boundaries and thoughtful abstractions aren't about perfection, they're about making future changes cheaper. Every shortcut taken today is a tax paid later. Good engineering makes future development sustainable, not just possible.

Storage Is Simple Until It Isn't

A file storage platform looks obvious on the surface: upload, organise, share. The reality involves access control, hierarchical permissions, background processing, storage optimisation, and edge cases that appear only at scale. Every feature introduces trade-offs between security, performance, and simplicity. Those trade-offs are where most of the real learning happens.

From Idea to Production Is Never a Straight Line

Requirements change. Assumptions fail. New constraints appear. The process of turning an idea into something reliable requires continuous iteration and adaptation. The most rewarding part of building software isn't writing code — it's watching something uncertain become something people genuinely depend on.
